We believe that our customers deserve the very best from us and our products. We recently asked you to complete a customer satisfaction survey so we could have a look at where we could improve and what products we could bring to you in the future. We have popped some of the results below for you.

While this information isn't from our survey, we thought you may be interested to know what the most popular sizes are on the website. We have recently increased the production of a number of sizes in order to meet a changing demand and will continue to re-evaluate what sizes we are making. This is one of the many benefits of making our bras in-house as it reduces the amount waste we produce and it will mean that more people who want a bra are able to get one.

 

98% of you find our products to be of high or very high quality.

We were so pleased to find out that you are impressed by the quality of our products. We are always striving for the highest quality because we want our products to last. High quality items mean less waste and a longer time until you need to buy something new.

 

Over 77% of our customers found their most comfortable and best fitting size in one or two attempts.

We want you to find comfort and happiness with your Molke bra, but no two people are alike and that will mean something different for everyone! We try our best to make it as easy as possible for you to find your ideal size but it may take a new customer a couple of tries to get it right. We were please to see that the majority of you found your best fit in one or two tries. Remember we are always on hand to help with any fitting questions you have, before or after purchase.

 

97% of you who needed to get in touch found us to be very or extremely responsive to your questions or concerns.

One of the most important things to us is that you are receiving the highest quality customer service from our team. Knowing that the majority of you are happy with how we deal with your enquiries is great to know. Don't worry, we won't rest on our laurels now, we will continue to offer a speedy, friendly and informative customer service and always aim for 100% satisfaction in us and our products.
