Delivery Information

UK Standard Delivery – £3.95 or free on orders over £75

All UK standard deliveries are sent via Royal Mail on a 48 hour tracked service as standard. You can expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days from despatch.

UK Express Delivery - £5.95

If you select UK Express Delivery at checkout, providing your order is placed before 1pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), we will despatch your order that day.  Your parcel will be sent via DPD*** on a Next Day service*. You can expect delivery within 1-3 working days.

European Delivery - £8.95

Zone 1 (EU countries)

EU Shipping - Duty Paid - Orders under €150/£130

Items will be dispatched via DPD*** and local EU VAT will be collected at checkout. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.

EU Shipping – Duty Unpaid – Orders over €150/£130**

Items will be dispatched via DPD***. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery

Zone 2 (Non-EU European countries)**

Items will be dispatched via Royal Mail International tracked postage. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

Rest of World – £10.00**

USA – Free shipping on orders over $100

Canada – Free shipping on orders over C$150

Items will be dispatched via DPD***. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.

* For addresses in the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, a next day service may not be available. Please allow an additional day for delivery.

**If you are ordering from outside the UK, local taxes and import duties may be applicable and payable when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You are responsible for payment of any such taxes and import duties. As these vary by country, we aren’t able to predict, or influence, what fees will be applied. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

*** Please note DPD are unable to deliver to PO boxes, and in those circumstances, your order will be shipped via Royal Mail which may be a slower shipping service.

Receiving and trying on your Items

If you try on your order and you are unhappy with the size or fit we are always happy to help with fitting advice. You can contact us via pixie@molke.co.uk

When trying on our underwear:

  • We ask that all pants and swim briefs are tried on over your own underwear in the interest of health and hygiene.  Swim briefs with the hygiene sticker removed are not eligible for return.
  • We recommend trying on bras before applying deodorant to avoid marking an item you may wish to return.
  • Remember when trying on a bra to fully swoop and scoop all breast tissue into the cups of the bra.

Returning or Exchanging Your Item

We want your fit to be right therefore we offer exchanges** if you need a different size as well as free UK returns. If you are looking to exchange your items, no further postage and packing charges will be incurred***. Simply follow the instructions below.

If your item was paid for by Gift Voucher, your refund will be issued to your voucher.

Orders within the UK:

  1. If orders are returned in full for a refund, the full initial cost of postage will be refunded to you.
  2. Simply click here to return your parcel to us or you can click on this direct link https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3032
  3. You can either print your label at home or you can pop it onto your smart phone and take it to the post office for them to print off for you.
  4. Please complete the Returns Form that was enclosed with your order, with your details, order reference and reason for return, the exchange or refund required and place this inside your return parcel.
  5. Once we have received your return we guarantee to process any refunds or exchanges within 14 days.

Orders outside the UK:

  1. Please complete the Returns Form that was enclosed with your order, with your details, order reference and reason for return, the exchange or refund required and place this inside your return parcel. Customers are responsible for international return costs.
  2. Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and always obtain a certificate or receipt of posting where possible.
  3. Please return your items to Molke Returns, 21D Harvard Court, Perth Airport, Scone, Perthshire, PH2 6PL, Scotland, UK.
  4. Once we have received your return we guarantee to process any refunds or exchanges within 14 days.

 

Please note:

All items must be returned in the same condition that you received them and within 30 days of receipt. Items that have had obvious signs of wear will not be applicable for a full refund. 

Please note for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of washed, worn or used Period Pants.  Please check the fit of your Period Pants over the top of your clothes before doing the initial wash.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on tights once they have been worn or tried on.

We also will not accept returns of any Molke Organic Fabric that has been washed, cut or altered.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on customised items, unless in the case of a fault.

**Exchanges are only available on like for like designs. If your desired exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued automatically.
