We want to make it as easy as possible for our American customers to enjoy our comfy and supportive underwear.
Since the introduction of tariffs at the end of September 25, taxes and duties are automatically calculated at our checkout and are included in the total purchase price you pay. We ship our parcels to the USA using Royal Mail tracked services with a duty-paid solution. This means there are no additional customs fees or taxes to pay, and your order should pass smoothly through customs to delivery.
We are happy to report that we haven’t had any American customers with a shipping issue since the change.
