Role Overview:
- A key part of the role is carrying out virtual and in-person bra fittings, as well as advising on bra sizing via emails and messages, to ensure customers find a great fitting bra. Training will be provided in-house, but the role requires someone with a natural flair for making customers feel comfortable and at ease and who is confident in person.
- the role will carry out all aspects of customer service contact - emails, telephone, instant messaging - to ensure our excellent customer service levels are maintained.
- Carrying out, alongside a small team, all other areas of customer contact; including dispatching orders, stock control and processing customer returns (women’s underwear).
- Undertaking additional duties as set by line manager as they occur.
You:
- Retail experience is beneficial, as bra fitting is an essential part of the role (training will be given), as well as upselling and promoting our products
- Proven excellent customer service skills are essential, which will include being able to demonstrate the necessary degree of empathy and sensitivity that our loyal client base needs and has come to expect.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base both verbally, in person and in writing.
- Excellent IT and general administration skills. Previous experience of using Microsoft packages essential.
- Some experience in supervising others is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A willingness to be flexible, readily accommodate change and be able to apply initiative in day-to-day tasks.
- To accept responsibility and work unsupervised following training and as the role evolves.
