We will be operating under limited hours over the festive period between 24/12/2025 and 04/01/2026. We will reply to all messages during this time but please note responses may take longer than usual.

Christmas Post Dates

These are the last posting dates as recommended by Royal Mail. We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas and would always recommend ordering earlier in order to secure delivery in time for Christmas. Gift vouchers will always be emailed immediately after purchase so can be bought with no wait right up until Christmas Day. If you don't see your country here, please just get in touch and we can help.

Christmas Returns Policy

Any of our fabulous products ordered from the 24th November to 23rd December will have until the 31st January to be returned for a refund under our normal terms & conditions.

For any orders placed outside of these dates the normal returns time period applies.
